To me rice is non functional stuff on a car or not using you car to its full capabilities. Whether it be, superchargers, lowering kits,ground effects, rims, etc. Heck if you own an SS and you are not utilizing the performance, you just like to tool around, parking lot pimp or post pictures of it on the internet...you are a ricer....Drive the thing and use those 400+ horses...just my opinion on ricers...entitled to my own opinion right?
