Mustangs sell more 6 cyls than gts. Thats what keeps them afloat and helps to keep gt costs down. A 4th gen fbody would whoop the shit out of any equivelent year mustang gt. But just because the mustang sold more didnt mean it was a better car.
You cant say the 2011 mustang and camaro are on the same level because you dont know what if anything they are doing to the 2011 camaro. I would guess nothing anyways though if I know GM.
Mustangs were cheaper too btw. But chicks dig them so of course they sell more.
