I'm surprised they'd do this right before the rebirth of the 5.0L V8. Yes, the Camaro has stolen a lot of sales from the Mustang, but I would imagine some potential pony car buyers will flock back to Mustang with release of the new powerplant. Too little, too late I guess?
Hell I'd consider getting one myself just because I'm moving back to FL soon and want a convertible so badly. The only thing that will probably stop me is I just can't get excited about the Mustang's looks compared with the Camaro and Chally. Yeah, we buy these cars for performance, but we buy 'em to look good, too, dammit!
