I understand what you're trying to say but if a car makes 750 rwtq at 4500 rpm, it will most likely be making ~600 rwtq at 3500 or so unless you are talking about some really horrid boost lag and some really horrible drop off after 6000 rpm.



Even then, in the example you set, I'd have to go with the 750 rwtq (857 rwhp @ 6000 rpm) car rather than the 600 rwtq (742 rwhp @ 6500 rpm) car. That 1500 rpm window you give the 750 rwtq car is all you really need if the car is geared ok.
