Ok, I vented and I'm better.... amazing what a good book, lunch and time will do for an attitude...
Fortunatly for me, when the need arises... I have the ability to write letters that are hung out on the edge, make sense, and do not give any ammunition to the opposition to throw back at me... and for good measure, I usually let my wife preview them for differing opinion... She is an administrator and can pick up on comments that are a little too sharp or derogatory.... She hates to write and admits I am better at it than her, but she is a great sounding board...
My intention is to open the eyes of some of the higher ups that are more concerned with holidays and rig contracts than the little guy in the field....
Little guy in the field = the money makers.... the ones that keep the machinery running...literally...
