in the movie Alladin, the producers gave him some general guidelines and then wound him up and hit go...  then they drew the animations to fit what he came up with....  He is a true genius... In the movie Good Morning Vietnam, the scene where he was stuck in traffic and started the improv questioning session was the same... The producers just wound his spring and turned him loose...
