Well, 169m is 554 feet. I think thats worse than most tractor trailers. Cars with excellent braking (like the ZR1) can do it in less than 100ft. Less than 115 is very good. 130 is good, 145 is getting a bit long for a car yet is fairly common with trucks. But GM's safe distance must be longer than any car they sell.
