You're right I didn't and don't plan to read more into anything until it's "official". That said, I went and looked at the z/28 'facts' thread and came across the second post
here. Again while not official, says that there is a possibility of having the LSA engine with 550+ hp. Should this hold true, that is SLIGHTLY higher than the LS3 engine, thus making it the top performance option.
