There was interest in another Camaro without the Mustang. It's success was just
another reason to do it, there were plenty others.
I don't know how I'd gauge the new Mustang on the Retro-scale. Certainly less than it is now...but fwiw, the Camaro's barely on that scale at all, imo -- there's too much 'new' in its design to be considered retro to me.
