I love camaro's they are my favorite cars but there is a reason corvettes are rated with the top sports cars in the world.

Since the new camaro weighs so much even though it has the same engine, the vette gets though the 1/4 and 0-60 faster. That and the vette will out handle it, feel much more nimble with 700 lbs less weight, and the vette is still an amazing looking car that grabs attention.

The vette is a better car for performance, gm wouldn't let a factory camaro be better then a corvette, simple as that, and its a chevy v8 you can beat the shit outa them and they last forever

so I wouldnt worry about that lots of vettes have been seen over the 200,000k mark.

That said even I would be hard pressed to pick the vette over the camaro, because the camaro is so fresh and new so it stands out more, its got a full warranty and its always awesome when you buy a car new, its got 2 extra seats and with a bit of money can compete with the best of the vettes, that and its my favorite car
