Okay, my wife drag races a 393Ws stroker 1965 Fastback and no stock SS Camaro has put up a quarter mile time that even comes close to what that car runs. What's your point?

Less than 10% of all SS Camaro buyers so far have opted for a 1SS, so it is very unlikely that 90% or more of the owners of modified 2010 Camaro's on the road today paid anywhere near as low as $30K for their car. It's always nice to use the lowest V8 Camaro price in comparison to the highest GT500 price when making that arguement, isn't it?
I will agree, however, that the Camaro offers a better bang-for-your-buck, performance-wise, than the GT500.

And I've made a few modifications to my GT500. Wanna line 'em up sometime?
