Hey, its your house, long as its legal, survey the land and make sure they stick on your side, even giving up some room if need be, like don’t chop into their rose bushes for an extra ft of width. And put up a real nice fence. Not a chicken wire one I like the 6-8ft fences with a 2ft+ width of lattés on top. Really sets it off. And make sure to put the nice side out, ugly side in or get doubled sided. Then make sure n have it all landscaped too so its nice. Then move in and make nice.

It will be easier then being there a few months then doing it.

And id check, electric fences don’t cancel out the leash laws in some areas, where the dog has to be physically attached to something when outside. And while most are tame as a mouse, them dogs are HUGH. Them neighbors might bitch more over the dogs, then a fence once they see em. You can also use that as part of the excuses. Realtor said we had to put one up
