Multitasking is just a firmware update away. I'm sure they'll introduce it eventually. Seems to me their reason for not implementing it is because they want to keep everything speedy. If you want to run 10 apps, its going to slow everything way down.

It plays streaming video from Youtube and probably other sites. I'm assuming you mean a camera/webcam for stuff like Skype? I'm guessing that the iPad 2.0 will have a camera or you'll be able to get an attachment and app that lets you do this.
