I am not pointing fingers.. I am just stating that the software has not been updated in many moons, and we do have a bit of a language barrier as to what we really need on the rig, like more band width, higher baud rates, and software we can use to actually view and read the information they send to us...
"here is the new tech manual ina PDF document". oh, but we can't open it since we dont have adobe reader and can't download the free version since they lock the administrative privledges...
