So how bout a Hi-Po came knocking on my door today, asking for my drivers license, and asking if the vehicle in my garage was mine and I am the one who was driving it on Sept. 15th at about one oclock. (My garage was closed but he looked in the little windows at the top.) HE SAYS, he was on the side of the road, and I came speeding by at 80mph, but there were some cars behind me so he had to wait to pull out, but that I sped up and got off the next exit which was about 1/2 mile from where he was parked. He said I had to be doing 100 mph on the ramp. Then I lost him in my housing edition and parked in my garage. HE SAYS. I am absolutely clueless about all of this. He said he put out an 'APB' (or whatever) and local cop saw my car from the description ran my plates and he was able to track me to my house. He didnt give me a ticket but was a real JERK. Could he have given me a ticket? Is it legal to for him to go poking around my property???? Can I file a complaint? In all honesty I told him that that was probably me doing 80mph, that sounds about right, but the whole high speed chase didnt happen. He just kept trying to get me to admit to fleeing and I told him to write me a ticket for speeding or let me go back inside and enjoy my afternoon. He just told me to never do it again and I said 'you got it'.... ??????? If he could have given me a ticket why wouldnt he? He was a JERK!!!
