It infuriates me as getting a case becomes more important, then nipping it in the bud.
Sometimes waiting years to gather evidence while they sell drugs to kids.
But getting a case is more important then being pro-active.
Anyone in any type of law enforcement should be pro-active first.
I would not pat anyone on the back who did that.
Someone could have been killed and that was not more important then getting more tickets on him.

Think he had to wait for his partner to pull him over first anyway
Guess he could have called in to see if there was a closer unit or something. But either way, guarantee this kid won't talk s*** to anyone to get them to race after this..... for a few years.
