Kinda like a wiki but for aspiring mechanics/handymen. Instead of going to ACE/Osh/Home Depot, they could figure out what they need online before going out and buying the tools needed. Another scenario would be for someone who's getting into DIY projects and wants to buy a few tools that cover a vast array of uses so that they can be versatile.
