Shoot, I get in more trouble out here than I do at home... she has a leash and a whip... spurs too...
Actually, it's not bad, but it certainly isn't for everyone.... couple of things...
you can't say ooops, and run down to the corner store for something forgotten... so planning is a must...
you have to be able to live close to others,whether you like them or not... there is very very little privacy here on a rig...
we have catering crews that take care of the rooms, the laundry, and the cooking/cleaning... We have marine crews that take care of the boat... and the maintenance crews do the .... maintenance... I am a sub sea engineer and so I am kind of in no mans land, stuck between the drilling package and the maintenance crews...
