I would like to see road races with products that resemble both in body and performance. I never understood the function of having the same race at every oval-shaped track. Make it interesting. Give me one oval and a bunch of courses that test every limit from top speed to handling of the cars driven. NASCAR tests the driver very well. The driver must be smart about fuel and steady at the wheel. I want to see drivers pull turns left and right on curvy roads with opportunities to push both pedals to the floor. I'm not saying that I could be a NASCAR driver, but I know that I can turn left. Show me something that I know for a fact that I cannot trust myself to do on a course.

But can you trust yourself to turn left at 200 mph, 2" from the car beside you and in front of you with someone banging on your back bumper??
