It may be a matter for local law enforcement. If they are driving by the Bus stops, that could be something that breaks their probation. Best thing to do is get local law enforcement involved. We have 5 cops that live in this area & they all say the same thing, unless the guys stop & talk to the kids they cant do anything.
Of course they will not do anything since if they are off duty its not their thing to do
