You can find a picture of the car at that angle and use photoshop to cut out the hood stripes. Take it to a t-shirt store and they should be able to put the stripes on a t-shirt as well as have a font that matches. Not sure about the quality of the t-shirts at shops like that, but I'm sure you can bring your own in and have them just make it with your materials.
I know of a few shops here in the bay area that can do it, so I don't think you'll have trouble finding a place locally. Try the yellow pages or something.
