Firstly I don't know where you believe you'd get a Testarossa for 30k, try 45-50k minimum. Secondly daily driving an 80's Ferrari will test your bank account to no end. They were not known for reliability of any sort, and try changing the oil in one or doing some other maintenance on your own and you will discover what the 3rd ring of hell is like. Thirdly... the snow
