Santa Ana, CA police arrest the driver of a hit-and-run accident, which in turn led to a young woman passenger of a Scion to be taken to the hospital in critical condition. The driver "left a bar" before the accident, but according to the report they have not confirmed if he was intoxicated.
Today, my sister tells us that the young woman was her friend and that she is "brain-dead and on life support." The young woman's name is Corban.
Seriously, how can people do things without thinking? Here we have the life of a young person who has everything to look forward to in her future, only to be brought to a stop by another inconsiderate human being?!?
Why is it that innocence always seems to be the victim of such actions?
Please keep Corban in your thoughts and prayers as well as any loved ones that drive on a daily basis.
