Thats GM comparing the LT model to the Mustang GT model (completely a joke considering the GT is a v8 no matter the horses because the torque is no where close to the LT model and weight comparison. http://grab.by/1tCM
That is more foul play than anything else.

Dude, you're really grasping at straws here.
The Chevy ad says the Camaro V6 gets better fuel economy than the Mustang GT and the 370Z.
The only way this is "foul play" would be for you to prove to us that the Mustang GT gets better mileage according to the EPA. (Not gonna happen.)
They could also say the Camaro V6 gets better mileage than the Dodge Viper and better mileage than a Toyota Tundra and it would be just as true... however those cars are not in the same market segment and not direct competitors.
You just can't face the fact that the 2010 Camaro was marketed it, and capable of stealing sales from the Mustang GT. Chevy felt that the V6 Camaro was more directly competing with the V8 Mustang.
And if you think that the lame-duck 2010 V6 mustang was in any way, shape, or form competative with the V6 2010 Camaro then you're really grasping.
The Chevy ad clearly shows that the Camaro V6 is being compared to the V8 mustang and the entire ad campaign is based on the invitation for the public to come see the GM cars for themselves and make up their own minds.
"May the best car win" is pretty clearly NOT "foul play".
