I've had a few DELLs, and don't really have much bad to say about the product itself. But when I did have issues, their customer service is over in India. Yes, yet another US company outsourcing their customer service to prop up their bottom line. Other than not being able to understand the first 3 people I "spoke" to, I'm sick of companies outsourcing their Customer Service to nations 1/2 way around the globe to save a few bucks. I'm done with DELL! (profit

That being said, I now own a HP... and haven't had to deal with their customer service at all, yet. As far as the product, I'd say it even with DELL, or above.
NOTE: Apparently the CA courthouse prefers DELL, as that is what I am using right now. (jury duty
