I own a VRod and love it. It's not the best touring bike you could get, as it would need a large windshield to make long rides comfortable. But a large windshield would make it look kinda dorky.

It is fast as SH#$. Yes there are crotch rockets that are probably faster, but you can certainly hold your own if you wanted.

I like it because it also has a little class. It's fast and it's cool. Die hard Harley guys are sometimes haters because it's a v-twin engine, but to them I say, 'hey, at least it isn't a Yamaha!"

I have the 2003 Anniversary edition. I love the all aluminum look!
