Dell, as much as I still love you, the fact that I just burned $500 on Christmas day to get my laptop fixed is really pissing me off, and the fact that I won't be able to get it back until AFTER I'm back at school pisses me off even more.

Have had a MacBook Pro for being mobile and a iMac for desktop...I have never ever had one issue over the past 5 years at all. Nor have I had any issues with my iPods or iTouch. My Dell has been collecting dust in the basement office for years...I let company use it when they stay over.
