In my defense, I *did* ask her to the school dance in 7th grade, and she turned me down. And then I started dating somebody else in 9th grade...
When we (the other girl from 9th grade) and I broke up just before senior year, I wanted to ask her out then but didn't. Then I met another girl and spontaneously decide to ask *her* out, and *she* said yes...
Just split up with her in January...
