The car idles and drives just like it did the day I bought it, that is, until you put your foot in it. Some of my previous cars have made considerable amounts of power for street-legal daily drivers, but this one is certainly the strongest one to date. If you have ever driven a car with 650+ horsepower, you know that there is little or no hope of getting it to hook up on any street tire. This car is no different. Get into to the go-pedal in just about any gear and it will break the tires loose.
I will definitely need a lot more seat time in the car before I feel remotely comfortable making a WOT pass at the track, and I'm going to need to run drag radials at all times to have any chance of hooking on the street. That is an issue, for sure, as the stock wheels are 19's and, to date, I do not know of anyone making a 19" drag radial. I know Nitto will soon be releasing their NT05R drag radials, but time will tell if they offer it in the size I will need.
It's nice to have the car back home in any case.

I can't imagine 700 HP+ on that death on wheels you have there. I actually tried launching my stock SS today for the first time with everything off and that thing was fishtailing like a mofo, and I could only just imagine how hard that would be to control at something that has twice as much power lol. Just practice, practice, and practice some more mayne. Oh and I agree on a inside-car video!
