The videos don't even come close to matching the stills. The videos look like a spiraling rocket. The blue coil in the stills clearly shows a light source above it that casts shadows underneath it, yet the sun is below the horizon and would light the coil from behind if that was the light source. What's so bright above the coil that's illuminating it to the point where it casts shadows underneath it despite the fact that the sun is beneath it?

I'm guessing it's a rocket that was spiraling out of control and was blown up. I've seen similar sights here in SoCal when they've shot stuff up in the atmosphere out of Vandenburg AFB. The thing that's odd about those stills is zero drift of the spiral trail or explosion halo if indeed they are accurate which I just don't believe. Even while a contrail is being made you can see drift begin immediately; they don't look like perfect computer generated images. Something happened that wasn't supposed to happen and this just makes it look all the more suspicious.
