That's a reflection of a phone cord; the light is coming from the opposite side of the supposed light source in the photo. Look at it closely; you can see the shadows under the coils. I'm guessing they just took the photo of the window or screen which showed the cord and a light in the ceiling behind them, then did a photoshop twirl of the light.
