Curious...I dont just try to drive a Challenger..I DO drive a Challenger on a daily basis as my primary vehicle and daily driver. I've yet to hit anything at all, I've parked in every parking situation that a normal driver encounters...so..?
In terms of visibility and blind spot issues the Challenger is second out of the three, with the Mustang being the easiest to see out of and the Camaro the hardest.
The Camaro is 186 inches long..the Challenger is 197. Their wheel-bases are only 4 inches apart. Overall 13 inches doesnt matter a whole hell of a lot when it comes to handling, both are large, heavy, stable cars.
Yes, the Challenger uses a modified LX platform and chasis from the 300, Magnum and Charger.
The Camaro uses the Zeta platform which is essentially the same as the Pontiac G8 and Holden Commodore.
So the snide, crappy little jabs about "its just a reskinned Charger" can be said in a similar way to the Camaro "its just a modified and reskinned G8".
The Challenger is the Charger asthe Camaro is to the G8..deep down inside, behind the new exterior and interior..its very closely related.
