I don't think they'll bring the T/A - firebird/hawk back - sorry if we've established this or not, but I skipped the middle of this thread

I'm glad their not bringing it back, though not because I like either better than the other...well, I do - but that's not the point. They were essentially the same car, with a different face and @$$. And they were taking sales away from each other. IMO, the Camaro was the better half, even thought the T/A had more power at times, and people are bound to buy the Camaro, now. Because think, really - what other choice do people have? A Mustang that could get slapped by an Intrepid , and a Challenger that will cost as much as a small house... I KNOW there are people out there right now who want a sports car, but don't want to settle for a Mustang, and don't have enough dough for a Vette. Camaro is the answer. T/A would just confuse people - especially an entirely new model: What, what's the difference, which is better?

Now, if the T/A was designed totally separate from Camaro, like the G8, then I'd say "full steam ahead, this should be interesting"
