I've learned that "Yessirs" and "Nosirs" go very far to make it a smooth time, especially if your a YOUNG ADULT. I'm not one anymore but I still show respect.
I will take a butt chewing if I'm not getting a ticket, but I'm not taking a butt chewing and paying for a ticket too. I've told a Oklahoma Highway Patrol that before. He quit writing and started chewing and I just put my head down. Another one shut up smiled and kept writing. You win some and you lose some.
Bottom line RESPECT goes along ways, but it should go both ways too.
