Well by internet law anyone under 13 would need parental permission.
And if there was anyone under 13 is on here without supervision, they lied on the age question to get in and parents are responsible to police what kids under 13 do on the internet.
And since it would be at the youngest teens. They know about masturbation, which is a normal human body function and part of good sexual health. That neither boys nor girls should be ashamed of.
