There was a thread on one of the forums, a while back, where a local dealer I think took a SHO off the truck, had a tuner put a tune on, and ran it. The time was either a sub 13or close to it, but I am not sure of the exact numbers.

It was a while back though, when the SHO first came out. Of course the argument was that a regular driver could not do this because the tune was not "safe enough" Then along come Beefcake tuned SHO.

I remember reading that thread. But I have no ideal where...I belong to several Mustang forums, which I read when I am bored at work. I'll see if I can dig it up..Its been a while.

Hmm after reading and searching, it seems people were mixing the story and it appears they are talking about "Torries" or "Beefcake" Sho before it ran the 12.75. I'll keep digging, but yeah it seems like its the same story with diferent sites adding their spin on what happen.
