That would be a real waste of $500...........
Take that $500. & buy the material to enclose the carport.
The cat goes on Rosalee's hood because it's warm.
Now with the cooler weather coming the hood will cool faster,if you could keep her off till it cools I don't think she will go on a ice cold hood.
You need to have that enclose the carport PARTY !....

I do see the carport looks too narrow to open the car door with the carport enclosed thou.....
