Just a note about salaries - cost of living is a major factor in determining salaries. If salaries are inflated, everything else is. If they're low, everything else has to be. Renting a decent 2-bedroom apartment here in this part of Oklahoma is $275/mo. If I lived in California it would be triple that - but so would my salary for the same job. So it isn't just "how much does he make" it's "how much does he have to spend" as well. It's great if you make $80,000/yr. - unless you have to spend $120,000/yr.
