And you'll see the car suddenly weaving around or taking corners so ridiculously slow it looks odd and when you can see the driver it's because EVEN THEN they can't put down the damn phone long enough to turn a corner. Or you see them on the freeway waving frantically at people to let them in suddenly at the last minute because they waited until they were 20 yards from the exit before they realized they wanted to take that exit because they were distracted by the phone in their hand.



They could probably cut the budget shortfall in half if they'd just enforce the law and pull people over for cell phone use. They'd make billions in fines.
