It's against the law in California to drive with a cell phone in your hand but everybody totally ignores the law; they just can't live without that damn cell phone; and I'm sure those conversations are just SO important that it's worth breaking the law and putting lives all around them at risk. Seeing somebody with a cell phone in their left hand and a drink in their right hand and THEY'RE IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT just freaks me out.

I can invariably tell who is on their phone while driving......they are the ones going slower than everyone else around them, and when they do that in the left lane and don't care it's no wonder there is so much road rage!
