What's your pet peeve? What gets your goat? What irks you the most?

I'm not talking about widespread, tremendous problems like violence or intolerance. I'm talking about the little things. Like people who talk on their cell in cinemas, people who don't roll the toothpaste up from the bottom, people who talk and chew food at the same time, whatever it is, CF wants to know it.
