I have a neighbor who's going through some tough times and can't afford his car or motorcycle(harley). He seems to think, if he gives them back to his credit union they'll eventually come after him for the unpaid balance after auction. I remember another friend who went through the same thing and his finance company never came after him. Does anyone know what will happen to him if he lets them go. He's married and a homeowner, just got out of the military and is having trouble getting a good job.
