There is already a base on the moon, you just can’t see it from earth.
We have known about it since the first journey there.
Its why we went first, to claim ownership.
Some of it is dodododo but the reflections in the helmet which are real NASA pic [before JPL started to edit them] are 100% unexplainable if the moon is a baren rock an no one was there but us.
