I know you said " leave Texas out " but im going to add OU to this also
besides this year Why would you leave Texas or OU of USC's level ?
" their program isn't on USC's level year in and year out "
Really ? Check out the records from the past 10 years
imo thats even enough...
Pete carrolls years , Mack Browns Years and Bob Stoops years.....
if im not mistaking usually the only game We lose is OU or maybe 1 other... otherwise we win everything else finishing with 11 wins and maybe 1 or 2 the most losses.
ou is the same way
I think TEXAS/OU are right there with USC.
besides right now we TEXAS stand above and look down at USC yes by one play but if we were playing russian roul thats all it takes just 1.
Its a little much to say We dont belong in that mix and besides this year Ou does also.
what do you think ?

I think that you can think whatever you want. It doesn't surprise me that a Texas fan would consider the longhorn's to be on par with USC as a program.
I'd love for you to crunch those numbers and come up with credible sources, I'd bet that USC has spent more time in the top 5 team's in the country than anyone else over the last 10 years. Especially over Texas. Prove me wrong.
