Is there any type of aftermarket system you could put into your car that would be able to call Paramedics in the event of a crash? I know OnStar is capable of this, and it's used heavily in their advertising.... but is there a system you can buy for a car that would accomplish the same thing? Or is there another Automaker aside from GM that put's a system in their car's which is capable of dialing 911 in case of a crash? Thanks
