I don't know what PQ means but it don't mean to sit and wait. You're young, enjoy life and what it has to offer. You learn something from everyone you meet. Sometimes it is "how not to act". Sometimes it is to show you what you don't want in the future in a mate.
If it's the real deal, you shouldn't have to work at it that hard. Not to mean that its easy but to mean that the your mate will work as hard as you do in a good relationship.
If you don't put yourself out there you won't know what's there.
