Perk 3, Ninja perk. To Avoid the heartbeat sensor.... which imo went too far and shouldn't be available for HC.

I use Bling on my sniper rifle for the Heart Beat Sensor and Thermal Sight. Sounds kinda funny I know - but as a sniper I'm usually off in a corner where nobody is around. When my HBS goes off - I know someone is close and I switch to my auto-shotty and try to take em out.
I can see how HBS would own in Hard Core games - I generally do not play Hard Core though.
Cold Blooded - great for Hard Core - not as useful in normal matches. If you aren't using a silencer - then there is no need to use Cold Blooded IMO.
Perk 3 - Ninja - Yea, I can tell you're a Hard Core player
Again - great for HC - not so useful in other match types IMO. Most players do not use HBS - at least - not yet.
