If you remember that rash of pocket bikes n scooters a few years back they
scared folks off the streets with flyers saying you have to be atleast 16,
have DOT tires and insurance to ride them and some other things.
Like it was possible to do so.

Sort of like a bicycle I would guess, they are street legal by law / pass the
min DOT requirements for street use.
Why you can slap one of them motors on it and go, its already street legal and
long as it stays under 30, no special license if you can drive.

And have thought of buying one of those but it would go faster then 30,
can find 80cc bicycle kits on ebay


Guess my point would be if you could do that with a tiny pocket bike or a bicycle why not a 4wheeler with FI, power steering and ABS, them things are as fancy as cars now a days.
