I try to keep 8-12 different types of beers in my fridge. Québec has a lot of high-quality micro-breweries. There's this convenience store near my place that has a least 80 different beers, most of them from Québec. I also homebrew on occasions.
Of course, I also have a wine cellar that I keep well stocked. I'm not a heavy drinker (usually!) and won't touch alcohol when driving. Yet, I'm fascinated by the almost infinite types of alcohol that can be produced.
