Okay, now correct me if I'm wrong but from what I've read Toyota poured a bunch of money into engine development and ended up with a motor that had more power than everyone else. The other teams whined and NASCAR made Toyota scale back the power a bit. But JGR wanted to make sure their HP numbers were more in line with everyone elses so they made sure the throttle wouldnt open 100%. lol Good stuff. Seems like the other teams are just upset they couldnt get the same power numbers as Toyota.
